Daniel Gálvez
Capture Managing Partner
He is a seasoned real estate investor and manager with more than 23 years of experience across geography and markets in Europe. Before founding Capture Daniel has been responsible for the execution of portfolio management strategies with a volume of more than Eur 4 billion. He has also participated and closed transactions over Eur 3 billion as well as in the structuring and management of real estate investment vehicles.
Daniel worked in Alantra as Managing Partner Real Estate for the Asset Management division. Prior to that, he was Head of Real Estate for Iberia at Deutsche Bank and DWS Group. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for the group’s real estate operations in Spain, Germany and Italy at APN Property Group (now Dexus). Daniel also held senior positions at Banif (now Santander Private Banking) and Rodamco Europe (now Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield).
He is an experienced real estate professional, specialized in Asset Management and Investment Management, having worked over 23 years for some of the largest European real estate companies and investment management firms mainly focused on Spain and Portugal. Alberto has been responsible of managing ca. Eur 8 billiion portfolios and participated in transactions exceeding Eur 2 billion.
Prior joining Capture, Alberto was Partner at GRC IM, and before he was Head of Asset Management South-West Europe at Patrizia where he was leading the asset management teams in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. Alberto was also part of the Executive Committee at Meridia Capital leading the asset management team. In addition, Alberto was Fund Manager at Falcon II, and had senior positions at British Land and Rodamco Europe (now Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield).
