Partners

The founding partners are Daniel Gálvez and Manuel Díaz-Pallarés. Both have extensive experience in the real estate investment and management sector, as well as other sectors such as leisure, sports or transportation.

Manuel Díaz-Pallarés

Partner

Manuel co-founded Capture Real Estate and serves as Partner of the Firm. He began his career in the investment banking business in London. Manuel has extensive experience in the sports management sector in which he has participated and closed several M&A transactions. He has also invested in activities related to the leisure sector

Daniel, socio de Capture

Daniel Gálvez

He is a seasoned real estate investor and manager with more than 23 years of experience across geography and markets in Europe. Before founding Capture Daniel has been responsible for the execution of portfolio management strategies with a volume of more than Eur 4 billion. He has also participated and closed transactions over Eur 3 billion as well as in the structuring and management of real estate investment vehicles.

Daniel worked in Alantra as Managing Partner Real Estate for the Asset Management division. Prior to that, he was Head of Real Estate for Iberia at Deutsche Bank and DWS Group. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for the group’s real estate operations in Spain, Germany and Italy at APN Property Group (now Dexus). Daniel also held senior positions at Banif (now Santander Private Banking) and Rodamco Europe (now URW).

Before founding Capture, Manuel has been actively involved in managing his Family Office where he now serves as Managing Director, so he has more than 13 years of experience in investment and real estate management within the Living sector in Spain.

Manuel is currently involved in two charitable initiatives in Spain.
