Daniel Gálvez, Managing Partner – Capture Real Estate

Daniel Gálvez

Daniel is a seasoned real estate investor and manager with more than 23 years of experience across European geographies and markets. Before founding Capture, Daniel was responsible for executing portfolio management strategies totalling more than €4 billion. He has also participated in and closed transactions worth over €3 billion, and has been involved in structuring and managing real estate investment vehicles.

Daniel was Managing Partner, Real Estate, in Alantra’s Asset Management division. Prior to that, he was Head of Real Estate for Iberia at Deutsche Bank and DWS Group. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for APN Property Group’s (now Dexus) real estate operations in Spain, Germany and Italy. He also held senior positions at Banif (now Santander Private Banking) and Rodamco Europe (now Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield).

Alberto González, Managing Partner – Capture Real Estate

Alberto González

Alberto is a real estate professional specialising in asset and investment management, with over 23 years at some of Europe’s largest real estate companies and investment managers, mainly focused on Spain and Portugal. He has managed portfolios worth c. €8 billion and participated in transactions exceeding €2 billion.

Prior to joining Capture, Alberto was a Partner at GRC IM and, before that, Head of Asset Management South-West Europe at Patrizia, where he led the asset management teams in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. He also sat on the Executive Committee of Meridia Capital, where he led the asset management team. In addition, he was Fund Manager at Falcon II and held senior positions at British Land and Rodamco Europe (now Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield).

Tomás Miró, Partner Hospitality – Capture Real Estate

Tomás Miró

Tomás has 25 years of experience in the management and structuring of hospitality and living projects, with a career spanning Spain, Colombia, Panama, Mexico and several other Latin American countries. He is co-founder of Onirius Hospitality Advisors, through which he has advised on, structured and raised capital for hospitality and living projects, both urban and resort, across all categories.

Previously, Tomás was Deputy Director of Operations for the European division of Meliá Hotels International, where he was involved in the operational management of the group’s European portfolio. Earlier in his career, he worked at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, two of the leading international real estate advisory firms.
