New operators joined during the year, including Ilusiona (leisure) and Normal, and the Kraftwerk gym, covering more than 1,500 sq m over two floors, is due to open in the first half of 2026. The centre is also in advanced talks with a new food and beverage brand.
Property and leasing management is handled by CBRE, with Antolí Parra as centre manager.
